I have great pleasure in welcoming you to Ightenhill Nursery School. Children, parents, staff and governors are all very proud of our OUTSTANDING Nursery School and value nursery education. Our school age range is from 2-4 years.
We are a maintained nursery school with a Headteacher, qualified teachers and highly skilled staff. We have a fantastic Forest School on site which is led by our Level 3 Forest School leaders. All children participate in Forest School sessions.
I hope you enjoy finding out about our Nursery School. We are committed to working closely with parents to provide children with the best start in education so please come and visit us at anytime and we will show you around our nursery and explain the high quality education and care we have to offer.

Safer Internet Day
Tuesday 10th February is Safer Internet Day. To support this we will be running two drop-in sessions for parents / carers where members of staff will be available to discuss any issues and give tips about online safety and using screens with young children. These sessions will take place on Tuesday 10th February at 9am and 2:45pm. If you would like to attend please let the office know.
